Emma’s Diary photoshoot – free shoot plus a complimentary print
- There is a booking fee of £75 but this will be refunded in full at your viewing session. However most people use it as credit to buy products (photo albums and wall art)
- We will plan your photo shoot by phone and/or e-mail
- You will come to my studio for your photo shoot (baby and anyone else you want)
- When the photos are ready you will be invited to my studio for a viewing session. This is when you choose an image for your complimentary 5×7 inch print (value £55)
- I can submit your favourite image to the “Baby of the Month” competition (see below)
- The refunded booking fee and complimentary print have a combined value of £130
You can choose to have a "newborn" photo shoot or a standard baby photo shoot
The “newborn baby shoot” is a specialised shoot that aims to capture beautiful images of your baby while he or she is in a state of deep sleep. These photo shoots need to be done within the first three weeks from birth. I allow up to 4 hours for these shoots, because of the need for the baby to enter this deep sleep state. I am willing to take photos of baby awake with mum and/or dad in the same photo shoot.
Emma's Diary "Baby of the Month" competition
Emma’s Diary runs a bi-monthly “Baby of the Month” competition, and you will be able to enter your favourite image into this competition.
Please note that although the competition is still called “Baby of the Month”, the competition is run over two months these days.
Your baby must be less than 12 months old at the time of the shoot, and you must make a small donation to the Tenbo baby elephant charity which is run by the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust (£1.50 is suggested).
Every 2 months 5 winners receive a £100 Boots voucher and qualify for entry into the Baby of the Year competition where one lucky baby can win £5000.
Your baby will also receive a cute baby elephant cuddly toy.
